Like worker bees, women entrepreneurs often thrive within supportive, collaborative networks, where shared resources and expertise are key to success. In these communities, leadership isn't always about individual dominance but about collective empowerment and mutual support. Women often mentor one another, pooling knowledge and skills, much like the worker bees collectively contributing to the hive’s survival. theHIIVE is a female driven collective which not only produces our own merchandise but is an environment where female entrepreneurs can create connections, network, share resources, and test the benefits of a brick and mortar prior to making the leap themselves.

Our workshops are designed for curious minds, creative hands, and anyone craving a fun, low-pressure way to learn something new. From paint nights and candle making to canvas tote decorating, cupcake decorating, crochet classes, and rotating pop-ups—you don’t need experience, just a willingness to try.
Each workshop is led by local creatives in a warm, welcoming space where community comes first. Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a night out—leave with new skills, something handmade, and a serious sense of accomplishment.
